  • I did not receive a confirmation email

    The registered e-mail address may be incorrect.

    If your registered e-mail address is a mobile mail, you may not be able to receive the confirmation e-mail depending on the mobile phone reception settings. Please add the domain of this site to the reception setting.

    If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact us via the “Contact Us” form. Please specify your registered e-mail address and your name and phone number at the time of booking to simplify procedures.

  • Contact after reservation

    After completing the reservation procedure, you will receive a “Reservation Procedure Completion Email.”
    We recommend that you save the reservation details listed there.
    If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within the following 5 minutes, please contact us as the reservation procedure may not have been completed.

  • About cancellation

    Please log into the “Administration Page” via the reservation completion e-mail and complete the prescribed procedure.
    Cancellation is allowed until 23:59 the day before the reservation date.

  • How to enter

    A confirmation email (ticket) will be sent to the registered email address the day before the reservation date.
    Please present the ticket to the staff at the reception desk.

  • Time required

    Expected to be around 60 minutes.

  • Is wheelchair entry possible?

    You can enter with a wheelchair. If you use a wheelchair, the staff will assist you, so please contact the reception.

  • Are children /strollers allowed?

    Children / strollers are allowed.

  • IIs it possible to buy watches at the venue?

    Please note that no watch will be sold at the event

  • Can I take photos / videos?

    It is possible to take photos and videos throughout the exhibition.
